US Embassy: Request for Proposal for Photocopy Machines Maintenance Contract

Overview

The Embassy of the United States of America, Abuja invites you to submit a quotation for Photocopy Machines Maintenance Contract for a one base year, and four one-year options at U. S. Embassy, Abuja, Nigeria.

Your quotation must be submitted to the Contracting Officer in an email to AbujaProcbids@state.gov on or before November 9, 2020, 6PM (Local Time). No quotations will be accepted after this time. Your email must be titled “Solicitation #PR9437146 for Photocopy Machines Maintenance Contract”

For a quotation to be considered, you must submit the following:

1. Completed Standard Form (SF) 1449
2. Section 1, Pricing and the excel pricing sheets as provided in attachment B in local currency (Naira)
3. Comprehensive technical proposal, including but not limited to:
   1. Your methodology for the performance of this contract,
   2. Performance schedule,
   3. Past performance for the same or similar contract for the past three (3) years with valid phone numbers, and email addresses of the POCs;
   4. Proof of registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), etc.
   5. Proof of financial capability to handle the project
4. Section 5, Representations and Certifications and ensure compliance with FAR 52.229-11 is completed with IRS Form W-14 found at www.irs.goc/w14
5. Additional information as required in Section 3 and 4 of the solicitation documents

6. Direct any questions regarding this solicitation to Abujaprocurement@state.govno later than October 31,
